Our new facility is gearing up to provide logistic and distribution services to our customers utilizing customer specific inventory location software that supports both EDI and Bar Code location interfacing. |

| The facility can support long and short term storage, as well as customer in-house programs, sorting and re-packaging programs and order fulfillment programs. Additionally, the facility is equipped with security systems monitored 24 hours a day. |

| Future plans for the distribution center include Class 3 and 8 US Customs Bonded warehouse approval by December 1998. |
